Holiday Garland was made for Replacements, Ltd. It was released into production on October 7, 2020, and made for the Christmas season. The decal appeared on the classic rim luncheon plate in white.
When the pattern was under development, it was called Vintage Garland. Four different patterns were considered with different ornaments and color schemes. One of the patterns called for lemongrass, however, the yellow portions of the decal didn't show up well.
Each was given the same research number, but with different suffix endings: H-17468-R, -R1, -R2, and -R3. In the end, H-17468-R3 was chosen and given the official treatment number 42314.
