In the early 2000s, the factory created several shapes and glazes for Applebee's. They were marked with a regular Homer Laughlin backstamp and date code.

There were at least five different colors:

  1. Caramel, this was also used with Fiesta® Colorations
  2. Green a.k.a. Apple Green
  3. Burgundy
  4. Purple
  5. Bright Orange

Several sizes of plates, platters, and bowls were created for this line. Other pieces were picked up such as the Denver mug and jumbo bowl.
