Chester Trolley Car Barn
The Chester Trolley Car Barn is located at Carolina Avenue and 9th Street and is largely intact. The brick work is very similar in design to the smaller Newell Car Barn.

Trolleys ran from Chester to East Liverpool, Ohio via the Chester Bridge (also known as the Ohio River Bridge) at First Street. Cars first ran in 1897 with the main destination in Chester being Rock Springs Park.

The Chester car barn looks like it was originally two distinct buildings which were later joined by an addition. The portion highlighted by the arrows is made of a different brick than the rest and doesn't fit the style at all. Considering how much detail went into the design, I find it hard to believe the generic looking connector was original.
