Fiesta® Egg Plate, a.k.a. Round Egg Serving Platter The 13" egg plate was modeled on November 9, 2004. It underwent a slight revision on January 2, 2005, and was then put into production. It was originally a Betty Crocker exclusive, but it soon became a part of the regular assortment available to all retailers. On November 10, 2006, the egg plate was reduced in size to 11 ¼". The smaller size is currently in production. As with all pieces of Fiesta®, the egg plates tend to vary in size.
