Fiesta® Stacking Cereal and Fruit Bowls
In 1967, art director Vincent Broomhall restyled Fiesta for the supermarket promotion Sheffield Amberstone. In the case of the older, straight-sided bowls, he replaced them with more contemporary, flared bowls. Three were offered with Amberstone, and later Coventry Casualstone and Fiesta Ironstone: vegetable bowl, soup/cereal bowl, and fruit bowl.

They can be found in the four colors: brown from Amberstone, turf green and mango red from Ironstone, and antique gold from both Coventry Casualstone and Fiesta Ironstone. They were never marked.

Two of the three bowls, the soup/cereal and the fruit, were put back into production with Fiesta® in the 1980s. They weren't part of the initial assortment from February 1986, but they were picked up soon after.

The soup/cereal bowl was renamed the stacking cereal bowl. They have been offered in every Fiesta® color except sapphire and foundry, though some sapphire fruit bowls are known to exist.

It is easy to tell the difference between the bowls from the 1960s and '70s vs. those made after 1986. Older ones have a glazed or wet foot with sagger pin marks. Those made after 1986 have a wiped or dry foot and are marked with an underglaze backstamp.
