Liberty's Dogwood

  • First used on Liberty in the late 1940s:
    • L-613: gold trim
    • L-672: gld trim on 3rds
  • Rhythm: gold trim RY-106
  • Virginia Rose:
    • VR-445: gold trim, for McLellan Stores
    • Also found on Virginia Rose with two sprigs and no trim
  • Georgian Eggshell: four sprigs, gold trim G-3555
  • Kitchen Kraft: gold trim
Although this decal more resembles a magnolia, it was often sold as "Dogwood" by retailers.



L-613 on a Liberty teapot. G.C. Murphy sold this pattern as "Dogwood" whereas Alden's sold it as "Apple Blossom" in the early 1950s.
