Found on Georgian Eggshell and Fiesta old ivory. Georgian Eggshell examples are usually found dated from the late 1940s and often have a gold Voge Dinnerware stamp over the Homer Laughlin marking. This suggests pieces with this decal were decorated by an outside firm.
The pattern is in fact a decal even though it looks like a hand-painted treatment.
