According to The Official Price Guide to Pottery and Porcelain, 8th Edition by Harvey Duke, "Atlas-Globe was incorporated in November 1926, merging the Atlas China Company of Niles, Ohio with the Globe China Company of Cambridge, Ohio. In mid 1932 it was reorganized again and became the Oxford Pottery Company." In 1934, it became Universal Potteries.
